Citadel Plot-Line to be included in Mass Effect 3

A plotline that was axed from Mass Effect 2 is being revived for Mass Effect 3. Mac Walters, the Lead Writer for Mass Effect 3, recently confirmed that Shepard and the rest of his/her crew aboard the Normandy would be traveling back to the Citadel. It sounds like the squad has some unfinished business on this intergalactic space station.

“There was a Mass Effect 2 plot that was a kind of callback to the first Mass Effect that was going to be on the Citadel, and we cut it. But now it’s made a resurrection in Mass Effect 3,” Walters confirmed to OXM. “That’s the nice thing about trilogies, sometimes you get a second chance.”

Wonder why they dropped it from ME2?? Hope its a good plot, and we get to explore more of The Citadel.
