Now, we all remeber Mario 2 for the NES right??? It was alot different from Mario 1 and Mario 3...infact, it was a completly different game....
What you probably didnt know is that Mario 2 in Japan was exactly the same as Mario 1, only alot more difficult. Mario 2 that was released in Europe and the USA was a re-hashed version of Doki Doki Panic!!
Nintendo did this because they thought thier version wouldn't appeal to the rest of the world, and it may prove too difficult for "westerners"
